Rick is pleased to announce that his son, Christopher St. Croix has joined him in designing and instructing a new program for hockey players, a school designed specifically for hockey defencemen.
“Chris has agreed to assist me in developing a program to help goaltenders and defencemen improve their individual and team skills” states Rick. He adds “This program will help defencemen improve their mobility and agility, their shooting and passing skills and their decision making skills.”
